Few of these investors have had experience with similar products but most are familiar with other yield strategies such as covered call writing.

The Value Proposition is designed to set the tone and capture your “story” in concise language. It simply provides a basic framework for your marketing collateral. It is not intended to be your “Edge” slide or “elevator pitch”.

“Risk shifting” is the process of shifting a portion of upside returns to the downside in order to smooth out the bumps of a volatile market. In the process, our investors are provided with a steady return stream and a meaningful downside cushion.

Unlike covered call strategies which provide capped returns and all risk below the call strike, our approach maximizes value in a wide, pre-determined price range across a specified term.Attempting to predict the price range a security will. Trade within is undeniably easier and less risky than attempting to predict whether a security will be priced above or below a single valuation.
