Experience

Andrew has over 30 years investment banking experience. Starting out as a corporate broker, he worked on both private and public market fundraisings in the small and mid cap sectors. Switching to research, he then built and led teams at Bridgewell and Schroder Securities and became a rated analyst in the media sector. He set up Ryecroft Research and Consulting in 2011 to respond to the need for specialist, independent advice amongst the small and mid cap sectors. His client experience includes: securing strategic investors, shareholder messaging, strategic consulting and acquisition search. In this role he has helped early-stage, pre IPO and quoted companies achieve transformative growth. He worked as a capital markets consultant to MJ Hudson prior to 2020, during which time he consulted on three acquisitions and the IPO.

Interests

Andrew is still hoping to form a band and play one of his many guitars, runs the occasional half marathon and speaks German.
